The place was clean, and the staff was really great, and I really enjoyed the room with a beautiful garden view.

The rooms are fashionable and immaculate with the garden as well as a huge bathroom. The location is quiet and absolutely perfect, in the lake district. We will be back when visiting Grasmere.

We recently stayed at a hotel in Grasmere and had a fantastic experience. the staff were exceptional - friendly, welcoming, and professional. the room was spacious and immaculate, with a huge bathroom. As someone who has worked in hospitality, I can be picky, but everything met our expectations. the dining area overlooking the beautiful gardens was a highlight, and the food choices were interesting and delicious. Breakfast was a step above what you usually find at inns. the location was perfect, just a short distance from all the walks, shops, and restaurants. it was a fabulous stay. Thank you!

The room was huge and spotless, with an incredible bathroom - jaw-dropping! The staff were unreal, so friendly and helpful! The restaurant blew my mind, both dinner and breakfast were super tasty. The hotel itself is stunning, a grand old building in a beautiful village. Plus, free parking, free wi-fi, and non-smoking rooms. Would definitely stay again!

The room was absolutely amazing - spacious, immaculate, and had a jaw-droppingly huge bathroom! We had everything we needed and the staff were mind-blowingly exceptional. Coming from a hospitality background, I can be picky, but I was super happy with all aspects of our stay. The dinner and breakfast were both mind-blowingly superb. The hotel has free wi-fi, free parking, a fantastic restaurant, and flat-screen TVs in the non-smoking rooms. The staff, including Charlotte and Rebecca, were welcoming, friendly. The atmosphere in the hotel is nice and the car park is huge, which is GREAT in an area where parking is scarce. Plus, they allow you to leave your car in the car park after checkout if you want to explore the local area. our stay was absolutely fabulous and we can't thank the staff enough. Thank you!
